Contact Packs and invite them to our Open House. Hold parent session at open house. Register scouts interested in the troop and collect fees. Maintain contact with the parents by inviting them to the Yahoo site. Follow through  untill the scouts are officially registered. Prepare troop notes (green) and the parent folder(red). Assist with the parent orientation.

Keep a current inventory of troop equipment & see that is kept in good condition.  Make sure the trailer is packed correctly. Works with
troop quartermaster with replenishing supplies..
Grubmaster Coordinator

Works closely with troop quartermaster. Oversees the packing of the food in containers for the trailer. Helps distribute excess food at the end of the campout. Reusable good are stored for the future campouts.
Scout Expo Coordinator OPEN(2) Coordinates troop activities with the district. Schedules scout that participate.
Summer Camp Coordinator OPEN

Promotes & coordinates our troop’s summer camp program.

Transportation Paul Dickinson Keep parents informed through updates. Help schedule scouts' activities at camp. This requires a detailed person.
T-shirt Coordinator Nan Bodeep

Health & Safety Officer OPEN Attends to the troop first aid supplies. Be available for parents to turn in medication and permission to medicate form before leaving on a campout. Returns meds at end of trip.
Community Service Projects Adele Baker

Promotes community service within the troop. Assist scouts in planning/attending one service project per month. Coordinate the troop with district service projects. Records service hours for input in "Troopmaster". Reports service hours to Good Turn of America.
Publicity Jill Bernard Promotes troop activities within church, communit, Boy Scout district & council.
Court of Honor Reception Rachel Condon

Carry out the plans the scouts made for a reception held after each Court of Honor (3 or 4 per year) and the yearly Welcome Back Party.
Eagle Court of Honor Coordinator OPEN Coordinates the Eagle Court of Honor receptions.
Webmaster Veena Pujari Maintains the Troop 10's website. Also responsible for renewing the web hosting and domain name from year to year, by paying the dues on time. This is the website that the general public sees.

Maintains yahoo site: Includes inviting new scouts and parents to join the group.

Upkeeps calendar including adding any weekly announcements/reminders to the meeting reminder.

Fundraising Committee Scott Biondich Adult coordinator of troop fundraising.  Forms the committee necessary to carry out different fundraising activities after consulting with the troop committee.
Popcorn Stacey Bates Adult coordinators for popcorn sale.
Friends of Scouting Don Boyle

Adult coordinator for national campaign to secure funds for local & national scouting.

Board of Reviews (BOR)   All parents are eligible to do BOR’s except for their son.  For more information,  talk to Alan Dunn.  Three adults are required to do a scout’s board of review.  We always start new parents with parents that know the board of review process.
